Our products are made of real wood. Real wood reacts to temperature, direct sunlight, and humidity variations by expanding and contracting. We take necessary precautions when purchasing wood, such as drying and processing the wood and building our products. However, due to the nature of real wood and the environment the product is placed in, there is a chance the product may warp, crack, bow, split, etc. These cases are rare, nonetheless, we want to inform you of the possibility. In the rare event these changes occur, we hope you embrace them because they add to the rustic charm and beauty of the product.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a standard, non-customized piece of furniture from Wooden Art Pro, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. You must pay for return shipping. Returned furniture must be in resellable condition. Any cost incurred in returning your furniture to the resellable condition will be deducted from the refund. You must call for a return authorization number before returning any furniture.
Wooden Art Pro does not accept returns of any customized furniture. In addition, once work has begun on a custom piece of furniture, you will be charged for work done, including design time, if you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping.
