Why Buy From Us We offer two types of shipping — anything under 150 pounds will be shipped via UPS/USPS for all lower 48 states. There will be some minimal assembly to attach the legs/hanging hardware, as they may be shipped separately. We recommend assembly be done with more than one person, as some of the hardware can be heavy. We include some basic instructions on how to assemble the product, but it shouldn’t need more than a basic drill/screwdriver as there are rivets pre-made for you.
The item may arrive in multiple packages, and they may show up a day or two different from each other. If you’re missing any hardware, please contact us.

However, due to the nature of real wood and the environment the product is placed in, there is a chance the product may warp, crack, bow, split, etc. These cases are rare, nonetheless, we want to inform you of the possibility. In the rare event these changes occur, we hope you embrace them because they add to the rustic charm and beauty of the product.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a standard, non-customized piece of furniture from Wooden Art Pro, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge. You must pay for return shipping. Returned furniture must be in resellable condition. Any cost incurred in returning your furniture to the resellable condition will be deducted from the refund. You must call for a return authorization number before returning any furniture.
WoodenArtPro does not accept returns of any customized furniture. In addition, once work has begun on a custom piece of furniture, you will be charged for work done, including design time, if you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping.
